- Digital products are delivered immediately after payment, or at the time stated on the product page. For services such as individual consultations, online courses, coaching, and community memberships, delivery details will be provided via a confirmation email or as described on the product page after payment is complete.
- 交換および返品に関するポリシー / Returns & Refund Policy
お客様都合による返品・交換・キャンセル
デジタルコンテンツ、オンラインサービス、PDF、動画、テンプレート、診断レポート、個別相談、講座、コミュニティ参加権などの商品の性質上、購入後のお客様都合による返品、交換、キャンセル、返金は原則としてお受けしておりません。ただし、サービス提供前のキャンセル可否については、各商品ページまたは個別の案内に記載がある場合、その内容を優先します。
Due to the nature of our products — including digital content, online services, PDFs, videos, templates, diagnostic reports, individual consultations, courses, and community memberships — we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds after purchase at the customer's request. If cancellation terms before service delivery are stated on the product page or in individual notices, those terms shall take precedence.
不良品・サービス不備がある場合
提供されたデジタルコンテンツが閲覧できない、ダウンロードできない、購入内容と異なる商品が提供されたなど、商品またはサービスに不備がある場合は、メールにてお問い合わせください。内容を確認のうえ、再提供、修正、代替対応、または返金等の適切な対応を行います。
If there is an issue with the provided content — such as inability to view or download it, or receiving a product different from what was purchased — please contact us by email. We will review the situation and take appropriate action, which may include re-delivery, correction, an alternative solution, or a refund.
